Imagine yourself as a growing child struggling in a school system where academic achievement, making friends and reaching goals are all ideas that don’t come naturally. Placed in a society where much focus is put on the possibility of being something more in life, such as a doctor, lawyer or computer-programmer; you might feel lost and confused or lack a vision for the future. This is the exact situation I faced several years ago as a high school student with uncertainty that caused anxiety, a lack of motivation and lost confidence about my career choices.

Fast forward six years. Progress is now the central theme of my life. I graduated from a University with a 3.81 GPA, made the Dean’s List in all my semesters at the college and was honored by the President of the University for my academic achievement at my graduation. How is it possible for a student with such a lack of self-esteem to move forward? The answer for me was gradual, I didn’t even notice how good I felt on the inside. Cereset was the solution for many of the problems I faced as a college student, and helped me gain the skills needed to gain job experience, enhance my strengths and face criticism about my difficulties.

My barely passing grades and study habits were turned around with the support that Cereset gave to me. Initially, sleep was something I struggled with daily. After going through several sessions of Cereset, I got 7-9 hours of sleep per night which enhanced my memory, helped my thinking/ decision making ability and I learned to manage my stress levels. Using the Cereset Home headband as a tool to measure my stress levels and emotional awareness was essential. I was soon using the tools to succeed in areas such as time management, scheduling and communication to create a balance.

Cereset was a vital part of my internal experience, but it also helped me develop an outer response that I stick with even today. After using Cereset my energy levels hit a new high. I was developing relationships and creating unique patterns in my life. I was exercising and eating healthy almost every day. I found time daily to meditate and visualize what my life would be when fully achieved. With the knowledge of what the Cereset BrainEcho®  technology can do for people, I pursued a job at Cereset Naperville as a certified technician and began to work with clients with similar issues, ranging from children to those in retirement. The results I saw in people were remarkable, with anxiety ridden students going back to school with greater self-confidence and a client on medication and unable to sleep using Cereset as an alternative approach to find more restful slumber and a greater sense of wellbeing.

If this blog interests you, I hope you will learn how the innovative BrainEcho® technology, Cereset, can help you, a family member or anyone in a difficult situation. Call today at (630) 799-0181 for more information.
